Deep tissue is a specific style of massage designed to create space between congested tissues. This congestion can be caused by overuse, misuse, injury or structural abnormality. Deep tissue has often been compared to Rolfing or other forms of "structural integration" in that it focuses on specific areas and can be quite painful. However, in my 11 years as a massage therapist specializing in Deep tissue I have developed a unique style of body work that is not only highly effective but incorporates the full body and is vertually pain free! With over 1,000 hrs of training and 5 yrs of teaching massage experience I can provide soft tissue release and relief from pain that is unparalleled in the industry.
